Clean injectors.. Ultrasonic cleaner?

Hey everyone.



I recently blew a head gasket on my daily driver 96 camaro (3.8 v6) and am rebuilding the motor. What is a good way to clean the injectors? They worked fine but are pretty dingy looking. I have an ultrasonic cleaner but I am always leary of putting electronic components in it. Would it work? Would it help? is there a better method?

That's how most aftermarket companies clean them, but they are also usually exercised at the same time. By this I mean they are pulsed at a given frequency and duty cycle.
