power steering pump bracket
does any one know of a nice inexpencive power steering pump bracket that will work with a stock pump and a stock type pully v belt system on a small block chevy? will the march brackets work with v belts? i need it to work with a long water pump and a billet timing chain cover. i think the stock brackets are a stupid design and they dont work with my chain cover very well.

I have the March bracket for my 80 T/A but havent installed it yet. I will let you know how it works out since I have to get it on this week so I can go to the track on Sat. I know what you mean about the stock crap! BTW I have a sbc in it for now. Bought it that way.

Try http://www.alangrovecomponents.com/index.htm. I just ordered their short water pump power steering bracket for my 3rd gen box conversion.

Bringing this thread back from the dead. I will need to order one of these brackets as well. Any more comments on the ones mentioned above or others? The Alan Grove one, is it a steel bracket, or aluminum? Anybody install the DSE one?
