trunk floor ?

I'm helping my brother removing the trunk floor out of a 69 firebird. The question I have is on the inside of both sides of the 1/4's there is a bracket that is welded to the floor and meets up at the 1/4 panel. I'm pretty sure that the bumper mounts to the bracket. Its probally the same for a camaro? Do they sell this bracket and the panel its welded to. I think the panel is different from the trunk floor.
Were using the full trunk floor from dynacorn.
