LSX porn. Post up your best LSX engine photos.

After seeing Jody's twin turbo beast, I want to make an LSX wall paper with shots of some of the most tricked out engines on the scene. So post your images up and lets get some car porn going...

I'll start with our new LS7 ad....

I upped it with even more C6R engines and SB2.2 cup pics. I couldn't leave out the ceramic rotors, they too qualify as porn.

Holly cow that is nucking futs. BUT I LIKE IT! I love seeing all those NASCAR engines setting in a row. Didn't I read somewhere that GM switched engines used in NASCAR from the SB2.2 to something else? Maybe something in the LSx line?

Edit: Found it, don't think it is based on the LSx though, it is called the R07: http://www.autoblog.com/2007/04/16/g...nascar-engine/

Here is a pic of an engine and chassis going under a farm truck, and a pic of a magnesium manifold in the works on a 475 cu in LSX engine. Enjoy

Carl, did you match up the paint on the accessory brackets to the Magnuson? I am working on a similar engine but want the entire block and brackets done in the silver Magnuson paint.

The pics are deceiving. The accessory bracketry (PS mount, Alt mount, belt tensioner, etc.) is raw alumunum. Most of it, including the alternator, are kinda grungy. Photos make 'em look better. I'm going modern-old school so the current silver bracketry will eventually be semi-gloss black to blend in with the pullies.

Perhaps you can talk to Magnuson and find out where they have their work powdercoated and either buy a pound or two of powder or have them do the whole enchillada. I used to know who it was but the name escapes me.

It's nothing fancy. An LS1 with a GT2-3 cam, a few internal tricks, and 9-10 psi.

Carl that engine is sick. I like the old school "orange" theme carried out.

All These pictures makes me laugh at my 5.3L vortec I am throwing in my camaro!
