Looking for Someone to finish my car - Central TX

I have run out of free time, and looking for someone to put the finishing touches on my chevelle. I just can't find the time, but don't want to sell it after all the hard work. This car is going to be driven, so I do not need perfection - if anyone can suggest a good shop or individual for the following -

Semi-custom interior work, minor body work and ability to spray the car in hotrod black. Also need to put the car through an final inspection to make sure all systems are go, done correctly/safely, would like to have good safety belts installed.... here is a pic. I am in Austin, TX...
