LS1 power streering pump??

I was wondering what you guys are using for standard power steering in your LS1 69 Camaro's..

What pump and rack? Anyother other special parts?

Stock LS1 pump. Brewer's Restoration and Performance modified '02 Camaro rack and "front steer" steering arms. Take a look at brphotrods.com

I will be switching back from the BRP kit to stock style once i get the chance. Its a PITA to install and your turning radius is absolutely horrible. Turns the same as my CCLB truck.

You should be able to use the factory power steering box if I am understanding the question correctly. You may need custom hoses or adapter fittings on the box itself. Detroit Speed is always a good place to look for ideas at the very least.

Flaming River has aftermarket steering racks too. I have no idea if they make one for the camaro, but I do know they have them for the vettes

f-body LS1 PS pump.. in this car it goes to a rack and pinion.. in my last car it went to a DSE 600 gear box (using thier adaptors).

I reccomend Turn One Steering for the f-body pumps.. the guy really knows his stuff.
