Well, the paint is ~17 yrs old and I purchased the car last August. Since then, I've been working around it little by little.

      My type of Chevelle !

Here are a few from when I was a kid. I grew up in S. Florida and hung out at the circle tracks, Hialeah, Palm Beach, and Punta Gorda. I know people will get pissed seeing these choped up but man they were the S.H.I.T back in the day. The Novas and the #119 Chevelle are of Bob Hamke a noted latemodel chassis builder who was from Hollywood, Fl but moved to Concord, NC in the late 80's. I sweept the floor in his shop many times as a kid just off Johnson St. Oh the memories.

Well, since that last post I have gotten my hands on a Chevelle. The '70 has been my dream car for over 15 years and I'm giddy that I finally own one. Anyway, here are a few pics, no where near the quality of the other cars posted but it's a start.

Hey, I saw your car at a Fort Myers car show last January when I was visiting Florida! Great looking car, and it looks even better in person.
