Thanks Andrew! Trucks are super hot right now and we figured we should get in on a nice Square Body while they are still affordable. Haha. Never thought I'd say that!

Nice job on the Blazer! I especially like the choice of dog dish hubcaps.

Haven't touched this car in a long time. At the moment we've got quite a few projects on the burner so this one has taken a back seat. However I've got some ideas on what I'd like to change. I think i'd like to get a back seat in this car now... So just stay with me and we'll have updates in the future for sure. - Phillip

      Phillip,

Just read through the whole thread and wow, was wondering if you had any updates? Would love to see this on the road.

I'm sorry. I haven't touched it in a long time. I'm really struggling with how "race car" it is. The older I get and the more I realize how I really "use" my cars, i'm afraid I've gone too much towards the race inspired side of things. While I ponder that I think about lowering the turbos down in the back so I can get a rear seat back in the car. I'm thinking of redoing part of the cage so it's not so intrusive back there as well. Or I might sell it as is. Not sure really. I just love using my cars all the time with my wife and family and absolutely never go to the track. We'll see. If anyone has any thoughts feel free to post and let me know what you think!

Well, there's something about this car that spoke to you. I think you should finish in a more road-friendly manner so you can enjoy it for a while before you send it down the road. I'm sure the new owner will appreciate a more versatile ride, too!

I'm in the same boat. I have 2 build threads of pics held hostage. Screw Photobucket, they aren't seeing a dime from me. I will find a new photo hosting site and update each of my posts link by link rather than deal with such a crap company.

Maybe someone will write a program to go out and fix it for you.. We'll see. Feels like Anglefire all over again!

I don't have many photos to share yet, however, I did want to post on here that we are working on this car again. I had to go back and look through the thread myself to remember how for this car has come. As life goes on we have changing tastes and I would say I'm no exception. As we continue moving this car towards the finish line a few things will get changed. We will be redoing some of the roll cage so that I can get a back seat put back in the car as well as I'm currently working on a different turbo setup that will allow that as well. Once I have a bit more work done I will be sharing some more pictures so stay tuned.

So glad to see you're back on it! I hope the back seat means you're after some serious street time. :D

I was actually thinking about this car not long ago as my grandpa picked one of these up a while ago and saw it a few weekends ago. Glad you are back on it.

Man I kind of teed that up and then didn't deliver! My wife and I had a baby earlier this year so working on anything has been very limited. However, the update is about 85% of the floor is back in the car and we have started fitting the seats as well as we've abandoned the STS rear turbo kit and are putting a single turbo up front. I traded the STS items to a friend for his bigger single. I also converted the car from a 3 link to a 4 link by adding another bar. Meaning we could go back to the 3 if we want to.. I'll try to get some more recent pictures uploaded over the holiday!
