That is funny cause I was just there a week ago and found US19 to be much better than any highway in LA....LOL

I am hoping to soon be a St. Pete/Clearwater resident. If anyone knows a shop hiring in the area. I have one lead right now but I don't want all my eggs in one basket.

I bet that's true! But I also bet that if I were in LA, I wouldn't drive an hour and half to a Thrusday meet either. Besides, Thursdays are test & tune night at Bradenton Motorsports Park, which is only 25 minutes from my house.

BTW, good luck with the job... I wish I had someone to refer you to, but I just don't right now. Most of the folks I know are either at lower level positions or small independents, but I'll try to keep an ear out for you.

Did you make the move yet? Do you have kids to raise in the area?

      Hey guys,
I'm looking for a reputable paint shop in S FL.
      North Dade, Broward, Palm Beach

There are as many collision shops down here as there are Starbucks, so the trade is not geared towards custom paint at all.

Looking for leads, car is ready for ~80 hours of blocking and then BC/CC. I've replaced most metal...both qtrs, both rockers, both door skins...fenders-hood-front end have been stripped to bare metal.

Not looking to send it out of the area.
      Thanks for suggestions!!
      Greg

I left Larry a message on the voicemail hoping he might know of a vendor who might want to put one on and that I'd be willing to make calls and help get this to happen.

Anybody interested in meeting up at the NSRA Southeast Nationals next weekend (Oct. 12-14) at Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa? I went last year and there were alot of musclecars but only a few Pro-Touring, Streetfighter rides. This could be a cool event for us to get together for the 1st time.

Journey is playing Friday night at the Fairgrounds Amphitheater, and the Hard Rock Casino is about 1/2 mile from the event. There is a Ker's Winghouse across the srtreet from the fairgrounds which is a good place to grab some food and drinks and they are having UFC153 Saturday night.

Rich - what days would be best to attend? My girls have a volleyball tournament Saturday. Could possibly cruise over for Friday night or Sunday.

      Thanks,
      Patrick
