      Steering wheels?

      I am looking to buy a new steering wheel for the 69 and was wondering if the Billet specialities ones were worth the money they are asking? I have an old Grant now, but need an updated one. Opinions? Also, black, red or wood on a factory interior car?
      I posted on GPsuperstore.com to see if anyone is wanting to get a GP going.
      Thanks.

      Funny....

      I just bought "Circle Track" magazine, thinking i could find Pro touring inspiration from hard core race machines and told my wife last night about a company i had never heard of before in the other "Regular" mags. The company is Joes Racing products. I saw the ad and they seem to have some interesting designs.

      You might want to look at it;

      I will sell you a Grant Wood wheel for cheap.. lol

      It's nice, just not the look I was looking for.. it's from the Fairlane. Would be nice on a stock interior with wood accents.

      I need to find a new wheel for Penny..

      I would check out Sparco, Personal (Sport arm of Nardi steering wheels), and Italvolanti as well. I am buying the one below for my Yellow Z/28 here later this week.

      Grant evolution GT here. I like it, and the price makes it a little more desireable!

      Momo or Sparco with the collapsible hub adapter. Great feeling and some added safety!

      My only beef is that Momo needs to come up with a better hardware/centering method for their wheels if you use the horn button trim ring. If you omit the horn trim ring you use flathead screws to hold the wheel to the hub and the countersinks in the wheel & the screws centers the steering wheel perfectly. If you use the horn trim ring you're now using button heads and the wheel floats on the 6 centerbolts (since there is no longer a countersunk head on the screws) and you can get the wheel mounted a bit non-concentric to the steering shaft. A minor gripe but a gripe nonetheless that shouldn't be happening with a $200+ steering wheel!

      I have the Momo Fighter wheel. Very happy with the quality of the leather and the overall style. Here's one of the places where I like to get Momo stuff:

      i'm looking into this circle track wheel made a company called Joe's something sorry. Anyways it is an aluminum wheel with holes punched through the rim all the way around. it looks really trick and fits my circle track themed duster. I'm not sure if i will go with a circle track column or my stock column. Full cage and harnesses but it seems that the circle track column isn't very popular idea.

      I had a Budnik wheel in my 66 mustang and really liked the look. But If i drove the car on a summer day it would get so hot. I will proably run a Momo in the falcon since they are really nice and the sound system will be Polk Audio Momo edition so it will match.
