4 pt harness questions ...

All right guys, it just hit me that I need some seat belts pronto if want to drive my car around. I've got Sparco seats and steering wheel, so Sparco belts seems the way to go. I'm confused on what to get though.

I have 2 tabs for each of the front seats: 1/2" hole, 1/4" thick, welded to the chassis, and designed for the lap anchors. I also have a cross brace just below the dual openings in the seats. So how do I anchor the shoulder belts to the cross brace? Do I need to weld tabs? Or can I wrap the belt in some approved way?

String the harness strap through the H bar once and wrap the belt around the roll bar from underneath. Thread the strap through the H bar again in the opposite direction. Now take the loose end and wrap it over the top of the H bar and thread it through the side nearest the bar. See pics.
