      Choosing Headers

Ok I am ready to buy Headers for my 1969 Camaro. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2336217 The car has a 2 bolt/350 out of a 70 Chevelle. Most of the exhaust is new except no Headers and the pipes do not exit the back of the car. Car is for local shows cruise ins, parades that stuff. Looking at ceramic or chrome headers want to spend no more than $500 ? Any recommendations?

How Do I make sure I am buying the correct Headers (FIT) ? Everytime I look at Headers I see lots of * and things about angle plugs and removing linkage from locking steering columns etc. Any experiences you have had will help, recommendations ??....Thanks Jim

Doug Thorley "Tri-Y's". Aka "Dougs headers", "Thorley headers"

I have personally run these headers for years on various small blocks in this specific chassis. They offer the best fit (right on the floorboards and the best ground clearence, steering clearence, clutch/bellhousing clearence), longest lasting triple nickel finish, legal (if your laws demand it) and definately under $500 smackers.

      Doug's thru Jegs Performance @ $499.99:

      # 1968-74 El Camino
      # 1965-70 Chevy Passenger Car
