AN fuel lines to metric sender

Hey, all! Can anyone offer a solution to mating AN lines (-8 supply and -6 return) to a stock (metric) fuel tank sender, such as a Monte TBI or Grand National with metric flare ends? Also, what adapters to run for the stock filter, and should I use quarter turn ball valves on either side of the filter to help when replacing the filter? Thanks! Rudy

edit-my bad. The GM fittings are bump tube type, M16X1.5 on the pressure side. Most hydraulic fitting supply houses have bump tube to JIC in stock.
