      68 Firehawk

Yep another nubie checking in. A little info about myself. I’ve been building cars for about 10 years and I’m only 24. I started with buying a 54 Willys Wagon at the age of 14 and successfully installing it on a 76 Blazer frame and running gear before I turned 16. I guess that’s way the pro touring movement inspired me so much. I’ve always been interested in taking old iron and updating it with the technology of today’s cars.
Currently I’m working on a 68 Firebird that I just purchased an 02 LS1 and T56 for. I’m sure I’ll talk to a few of you before I complete my project. My goal is to have my car on the cover of Hot Rod Magazine within a year or so…. Well, we’ll see how that goes.
