      Daytona 24 hour

      Going to be a blast, have some friends in the race. Got us set up with team credentials, so maybe I can get some good shots for us.

      Sure would be nice if the sanctioning bodies could pull thier heads out and get the Rolex series and the ALMS together.

      It takes a lot away from Daytona 24 when it isn't the same cars/teams as at Le Mans.

      good race, especially when youre tanked and camping in the infield. lol
      i saw 2 porsches and the C5 vette wipe out in the hairpin
      Tough guys may wear pink, but Bad Asses still wear black.

      It was a good race. But I think they need to bring back all of the ALMS cars. I did enjoy watching the new GTO.R's. They look killer plus you have to love the sound of an LS2 going around the banks of Daytona. Plus the wine of the sequential gear box. I can't wait for the Mexico City race. I am thinking about going to the Mid-Ohio race. It should be a blast. All in all I do think that the Grand-Am series has come along way. Andy

      LS2's??? I thought for sure the GTO's were using LS7's.

      I cars run a detuned 6.0 liter LS2 that runs 393 hp w/ a max rpm of 6800. I think it's to meet the class requirements.
