ACDelco SPARK PLUG Part Number: 065-CR43TS Gap size for 454 ls6?

Hi guy's I changed my spark plugs out on my ls6 454 along with my plugs I tried 10.5mm and 8.5mm and my car was stalling I have ACDelco SPARK PLUG

      Part Number: 065-CR43TS

I never gapped them. I called jegs they said to gap them at .040. I just want to affirm with you guy's here to gap them to that. if you want to check out my car's specs type in Chris Kerr '68 Camaro.

I guess what's crazy is I never had one engine stall before I changed my plugs and wires. And then I had quite a few which makes my car underivable. I'm going to take my time to properly gap these. But I don't know if that will fix the issue. I believe they come pre-gapped at .030

      Spark plugs

On one of the last couple of episodes of “Engine Masters “ on motor trend ,they where testing spark plugs with some interesting results..
From testing standard plugs to Iridium .
But by mistake they found opening up the gaps of any of the plugs tested actually helped increase low end Torque .
Not that you need more with a 454
You may have a plug that is DOA.( dead on arrival)
