      Vintage air for 1939 Chevrolet

Has anyone put a vintage air setup in a 1939 Chevrolet? If so, what unit was it. Trying to get the largest in the car as possible. I’m looking at the super cooler, but not sure about the length. Thank you.

A few other things to consider aside from length.

Depth between dash and recessed firewall?

      Cowl vent still in place?

Can you use a Magnum? That is my go to unit.

Do you have a local dealer? I have mockups of all the boxes, I won't ship them, but your local dealer should have them. It is pretty easy to throw an empty box up there and say yeah, that works. If this is a coupe, a Compac would work just fine. Get the biggest condenser you can in front as that is more important than the unit inside when comparing GENII units.

I have measured all that. I have more than enough room with everything but width. 24” wide on the va system will be close. Cowl vent is operational and I’m trying to keep it that way. I doubt I can get a magnum in there. No va dealers around. Thank you
