Need help establishing an engine value

I have a 427 in a 454 block as follows; 4-bolt main, 6223 - 427 crank, 3/8 GM dimple rods, TRW 10.5:1 forged pistons, crank-rods-pistons all balanced, GM 990 rec port heads lightly ported and polished, Comp gold roller rockers, high volumn oil pump, Edelbrock Performer air gap intake, Demon 750 carb, MSD billet dist. and 6A ignition with MSD wires, March pulleys, GM aluminum valve covers. Engine comes with flywheel - starter - clutch - alt. - and bell housing. The big thing is it started running bad and we were going to do an LS swap so we pulled the motor. The oil filter has bearing material in it so it definitely needs complete rebuild. Based on this information can anyone help me establish a value? The engine is in El Dorado Hills, CA which is about 30 miles East of Sacramento. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!!
