New Bowler Magnum F shifter install

Finally had time this weekend to install the new Bowler Magnum F shifter. The stock Tremec shifter was leaking horribly and the boot was torn from the factory. The new Bowler shifter is a work of art just look at the work on it but it performs even better than it looks. The stock shifter seemed ok till I installed the new one and realized how much better it was. The shorter throw is awesome.

How is getting it into reverse? I have the Tick 98-02 shifters in mine, fantastic 1-6 but requires 2 hands to get into reverse. I am hoping it breaks in or loosens up.
