GM A-body fuel system hack

I’m working on installing Fitech EFI on my Pontiac and wanted to share a bit of a hack for those of you who need to run a return line to the tank on your A- bodies. It’s pretty simple and saves you from having to run soft line or custom bend a bunch of fuel line. Basically the stock 3/8” fuel feed lines on the GTO and the Chevelle run down opposite frame rails so In my case I just picked up a chevelle feed line and now I have a clean, factory looking return line to the tank. If you have a chevelle you’d just buy a GTO fuel line and that will run on the driver side back to the tank. This logic should also apply to Camaros and firebirds too since the fuel pumps on the SBC and Pontiac V8s are on the opposite side hence the difference routing.
