      1973 Camaro

Ive always wanted a split bumper Camaro and in September I finally got one(Its a clone and I don't care). The car spent a lot of its life on an 1/8 mile drag strip and that's how I bought it. This is a pic of the first day in her new home.

The car is in pretty nice condition rust wise. Drivers side floor board has already been replaced along with a lot of other metal. I do have to do about a 6x6 panel repair on the passenger side floor board since somebody just filled some rust holes with bondo. Hopefully not a big deal.

So anyway, I pulled fenders and hood and started the paint prep process on the subframe. luckily the subframe mounts had already been replaced so I didn't have to go that far.I also ordered my Vintage Air kit and My hidden wiper system at this time. Here is the frame all painted

By this point I received my BMR front suspension and Viking coil overs and installed all of that

Since at this point I'm still waiting on my vintage air kit to get here and I am relocating my wiper motor to inside the cowl I decided I wanted to clean up the firewall so I got me some sheetmetal and started the process of smoothing the firewall. Im still working that process at this time as well as figuring out how I want to run the wiring system

Great build start and great to have you here in the forum. I went with Raingear wipers in the cowl, a very nice setup.
Good luck and keep it up.

      Looking like some good progress.
I really like the BMR torque arm and watts link.
