      T56 shifter clearance

Checking to see if anyone has any insight or information on how big of a hole to cut in the tunnel for T56 shifter clearance. Also, what’s the preferred boot to use in a truck application.
it’s going in a square body c10 with LS 408.
      Thanks,
      Mike

      Mike,
If you only need clearance around the shift stub then a 3" circle should get it.

Depending on what look you're going for on the interior we've got some really nice billet base shift bezels in rectangle or round.

What are the dimensions on the rectangular bezel? I'm looking for something large enough to remove the shifter to fill the transmission with oil through the hole and service the shifter if needed without removing the transmission.

      The i.d. of the bezel is 4.7" x 3.7", o.d. is 7" x 6"

If you want a dimensional drawing of it just shoot me an email [email protected] and I'll send one to you. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Craig! My T56 mag came from Bolwer as well.
