      Passive fire suppression

      What's everyone's opinion on these passive fire suppression products, particularly the "ball" style? The idea that once they are installed they are hands free in that they will stay inactive until there's an actual fire. I'm considering one for the engine compartment.

      id rather have a full car system with nozzles maybe 2 at the engine one interior one by fuel tank
