      Ultimate Headers, is this okay?

Is this okay/will it close up when bolted on and having a gasket or is this an issue?

If it was a one piece flange yes will be a problem but not on two pieces. You are good to go

      Thanks,

Just got an email back from UH too, no worries on this. The SS has memory and it moves a bit. They will pull into place just fine.

If less than 1/8" your ok. If real excessive you may need to get a good tig welder to heat and "shrink" it carefully.
