New Poster - New Project 1969 Firebird

Been in the forums for years, but this is my first time posting. I've had this car sitting in the back of my shop and thought it is time to get working on it. Years of working on other people's cars, this one is my own.

Looking great, I'm a poncho man too. Are you staying with a Pontiac old school engine?

      Hi Darryl,
No I'm not going to go with a Pontiac motor because this was only a body, probably going with a LS engine and a manual transmission. There's a lot more options out there. I do have a 76 Formula Firebird with a 455 engine and a 4 speed transmission.

Come on... get a new aluminum "Pontiac" block and do it right ;-)

      Good luck with the build.
