LSA to Magnum F Clutch and Bellhousing Fitment

      Hello,

I am planning on using GM OEM Bellhousing #12453263 mated to my LSA E-Rod and T56 Magnum F transmission. In doing some reading it states that the factory LSA twin disk clutch and flywheel won't fit, but I am wondering if the McLeod RST clutch will fit?

Is anyone running a similar combo?

If you replace the front plate on your Magnum with a LSA integrated front plate and bellhousing, you should be able to use the stock dual disk clutch. That bellhousing will also add the integrated fluid pump, which is a nice bonus.

I'm running that exact combo and it works. Make sure you check the runout of the bellhousing there is a bunch of info on it. I tried to us a GM starter but is didn't clear so i used a high torque mini starter.

About to order a starter for my LSA swap. Using the same bellhousing with Tilton twin disk setup. What starter did you use? GM or aftermarket?. Want to make sure it works with my setup. I was planning to go with the GM 12617229 starter
