2nd gen F-body LSX coilover spring rate

I guess the title spells it out. Got a LS1/T56 combo in my 72 T/A tribute car that will be setup for at most, spirited street driving. What spring rate should I use? Thanks in advance.

At UMI we use 550 for standard handling/corner carving applications. Usually with a Viking hybrid. If you want to run the car pretty low you may need a 450 but at the expense of some handling capability.
