      SBC gasket help

I have a sbc 383 that has been assembled with parts unknown to me. It is now torn down and I would like to replace all gaskets and studs.

      • The vin matches to a 1978 c10 truck.
      • The headgasket was measured after removal as .026".
      • It has kenny duttweiler trick flow 195 heads
      • apr head bolts
      • an unknown predator cam
      • no clue about rods/pistons

Can anyone recommend a gasket/stud kit that encompasses everything I'll need?

I'm running Mr Gasket MLS gaskets on my 383 and I'm very happy with them. Had them on my 355 before the 383 build also.

Have you measured how far down on the hole the pistons are at top dead center?
