      Michelin Pilot Sport 4s comments?

1968 Firebird, going to be LS driven 500-600 hp with speedtech subframe and torque arm rear. I'm thinking about Michelin Pilot Sport 4s 275 35 18 front and 325 30 19 rears.

      Anyone have any experience?

I want the tire to be a good performance tire but also be able to handle wet weather. I was going to go with Rivals 1.5S but saw that they can be sketchy in the wet.

The 4s is a decent all around tire, runs well in the wet, but you give up a bit of dry grip. I have Sport Cups on a ride with a treadwear of like 110, they grip like hell, just not for long, and def not a wet tire. I have Pilot SS's on a Vette and a CTSV, I like them the best for all around- you can tune with them, they won't kill you in the wet, and they have sizes to fit most everything. I run 888R's on my Chevelle, they have a treadwear of like 6 it seems, but they work great but I sure wouldn't want to get them wet..
