      DCC Fan Controller

Hey guys I ordered a DCC fan controller on 4/20. I sent 3 emails asking for a ship date or status of the order with no replies. How long did you guys wait to receive your controller? Is this normal?

It’s normal that he doesn’t answer email. I received mine within a couple of weeks.

I emailed him last night at: [email protected] and he answered right away. Said he’s shipping the controller this week. When I emailed him at [email protected] no answer. So maybe that email isn’t working or something.

Consider yourself lucky. He has a reputation for never responding to email. I’ve never been able to get any response from him.

That’s very concerning. What if I have troubleshooting questions or something breaks? Fingers crossed this controller is as reliable as everyone says they are.

I’ve used several of them, never a problem. If one fails I’ll just replace it. There is also the new one from Carl and the DCC guy.

I have two of them and they work great.

I bought my second from a friend that never used it.
I did have a question, and Brian responded via email in a day both times I contacted him.

I have called him with questions about his controllers, and he either answered right then or returned my call. He was always courteous and straightforward with answers, sometimes having particular questions about my setup. I plan on using one of his controllers.
