      Philips LED Sealed Beam Headlights

Thought I would pass along this product reference if anyone is looking for a sealed beam LED headlight from a legitimate brand. I've seen so many knock-off H4 and LED upgrade headlights over the years but I didn't know Philips got into the LED headlight game. A bit pricey but I splurged and ordered for my Trans Am since I need to replace mine anyways. We'll see how they work.

I quickly looked on ebay, Amazon and some other places but I found Rock Auto had the best price for my application so, below are some links for anyone else who may be interested...

More Information for PHILIPS H4656LED (rockauto.com)

      7" Round Hi/Lo Beam
More Information for PHILIPS H6024LED (rockauto.com)

Before I'm able to get around to do a review, anyone have experience with these?

Did you notice they charged less per unit if you buy one at a time then if you buy multiple?

That's funny. I didn't notice but I did place my order in that manner.

      Thanks for pointing that out!

Sorry about that lol! Post a review when you get them. I’m in project mode so I’ll be a ways out before I get around to the install/use on mine.

      This is so funny...
I just watched an episode of two guys garage, like two days ago, where they installed a pair.

They look good. I am curious about them as well.

Ah dang! No round 5.75” option. That just saved me $298.98

If you want a local source for these, Napa is carrying them as well for $99. I saw the 7" 6024 bulb and got excited, but unfortunately they don't have a 5.75" version.

received mine from Rockauto and got them installed last night. Definitely brighter and more white light. Haven't had it out on the road yet.

      Just a note...

I went and got the Napa ones, and they are not the same as above.
They are made by Old World Industries.
They look very similar (more stockish I think), and the 6000K color code is the same.
They fit my 76 C10 buckets with zero modifications.
Nice white light, and they are super bright on high beams.

I am impressed and will buy another set for my car.

The actual number for these headlights are: H6024NVLED-N

These look great. I hope Phillips makes some 5.75" versions!

I was all set to get the truck lite 27270C’s, but now wondering if this a better option. Does anybody know if the Philips emits light from above and below the cross bar while on low beam?

For the 5x7 crowd, these guys gave good rating to the Trucklite and Philips. For that version headlight, it looks like Philips and Trucklite are a tradeoff between brightness on the hi and low beams. If you click and drag the tie bar on the video, you can fast forward to any light test you want to see. Also, in their description, they list off their headlight ratings. I’m not sure if there is product bias here but it seems to look like a legitimate test.

That’s a nice review. Thanks. Can’t wait to see some feedback from the guys who have the 7” version.

Anyone get these lit up yet? I just ordered a set from Amazon because the truck lite went up $68 each so I jumped on these before they went up too.
