GM A-body rear sway bar options with QP Ford 9 with rear brace

Looking for options on a rear sway bar,

1965 GM A body with a Quick Performance Ford 9" with back brace.

I'm using the UMI stage 5 complete kit and their 1" rear sway bar uses a u-bolt and saddle that mounts under the bottom of the axle tube,

      https://www.umiperformance.com/home/...7-3044-275.pdf

With the the QP back brace there is no way a standard u-bolt will fit. Unfortunately the rear axle housing is already powder coated, I'm positive I can make the UMI kit work with some cutting and welding, but wanted to see if there are any other options out there.

Thanks all for helping a newb out! I'll chalk this up to my own mistake for not mocking everything up 100% before sending parts off to powdercoat.

Can you drill through the back brace and pass the u bolts through? I thought about doing this on my rear.

Drilling a pass thru hole is a option, but the only way I would do it is to weld a tube to back brace so there is no chance the back brace could get any thing inside.

Also, I know unfortunately you said everything is powder coated, but there is a weld on option as well. I saw one listed through umi
