69 camaro 18/19 tire size question

What is everyone running for 18/19 combos in regards to tire size? Is it normal to have a 1”+ difference in front and rear tire diameter?

my car is pretty open with the fenders in the rear and don’t see a 285/35 being and issue but a 265/35r18 is over an inch shorter than a 285/35r19

any help is appreciated. Also does anyone have offhand an estimated back space for a 10” wheel in the rear? Please keep in mind I do not want a tucked look, the cars fender will barely cover part of the rear side wall.

I am going for the “hellfire camaro” look where the rear wheel is almost at fenders edge.
