1969 camaro jacking point weld in ideals

Has anyone welded in a "jacking" point or somehow "armored" their pinch welds so they don't get destroyed when jacking. I am wide open to ideas but someone out there must have a good idea how to do this....pictures would be great..

      Thanks

Please don’t attempt to jack your car up on the pinch weld. Use your frame sections or rear end.

Weld this over the existing one?

I don't as I use anything but those, but sometimes it could be necessary. Nobody fab'ed up a weldable jack point. If you had a jack point, I can guarantee you would use it instead of going to the frame from the front or under a control arm or whatever...

I dont see how or why you'd ever want to jack a car up by a rocker panel , the point of using the frame and or rear axle is not only are they strong enough... but thats also where the "load" is
