I gotta say, the baldwin-motion camaro's back wheels are a huge disappointment. I was looking forward to the super deep wheels in Kris's rendering. The Charger is freaking awesome!

Looking good bill. Nice stang Kris!

More pics to follow soon. If anyone wants the super high rez pics, PM me.

Bill's car looks great. That Charger is so cool, I need one of those.

Thanks for the pics. The baldwin motion camaro is awesome, except for those wheels. I don't mind wheels with no dish on them, but those just don't look right. Not a fan of the overall design on them either way. A quick wheel swap and :icon996:

And what is this madness?! Bill is actually driving the Goat? Where is the trailer?!

I agree...thats the first thing you notice when you see that car...way bad for a car with such a gorgeous body. Is it just me or are the lines on that car "accentuated"?

As the designer of the car, I was majorly disappointed in the rear wheels. Everything else on the car came out very nice. I think if they had it to do over again, they would have narrowed the rear end like several of us suggested in the first place. It was well-received though and that makes me happy! People really seemed to like my Mustang too, despite the fact it was one of at least 100 there.

      Look what we did today

These are just two of the over two hundred pics I took at the PHR shoot on Bill "the poser" Howell's "Billygoat" today. I would post more, but that would ruin all the fun.

Shouldn't Bill's car have the green Tennessee hills in the background instead of desert?!?

they sure are. that front fender one originally ended about 1/3 of the way down, not over half. looks like both fenders have been widened.

      Understatement of 2005 right there.

Haha, you have to see it in person to get the full effect, but the car was widened something like 6" or more. It's insane, but nicely executed to the point where it all still flows nice.

Baldwin camaro was crazy, rims sucked big time though, and a few other details, but it was way better than expected!

wow. Yody's first pic shows how wrong that wheel choice is. Im guessing that guy has caught a huge amount of flack since the debut. whats worse, is the renderings all over showing it the way it should have been.

Hindsight. I sure hope they fix it. i bet it'll cripple sales.

I think they may actually fix it because everyone kinda turned to me and said "Well? What do you think?" And all I said is "...I don't dig the rear wheels, but other than that, I love it!"

As far as it crippling sales...I doubt it. Rumor has it that cars #2,3, and possibly even 4 and 5 are spoken for. Rear wheel dish doesn't swing a buyer interested in this car. They are more concerned with Joel Rosen's name being on the car.

Either way though, the rear wheels need to change.

I heard 12 was gone also. I do not think they will fix this one as it will require a total backhalf job. It will be fairly simple to change it on future cars.

If you look at one the pics in this thread starter you can see Kris' rendering on the monitor in the lower right hand of the pic...it shows the originally designed deep dish wheel.

Never mind the Motion Camaro. Look at that cool photo that Johnny was taking of the Billygoat. (The second pic) The desert lighting is perfect! I smell a cover.
