      1969 twin turbo c-4 camaro

My name is Bob Johnson and I am new to this board as well as Pro-Touring type cars. I grew up going in a straight line drag racing. I raced in the HOTROD Muscle car series along with Outlaw 10 in tire racing and have always had a love for fast cars. Right now my current project is a 69 camaro it has a all alluminun big block with twin 76mm. turbos. I used a 1987 c-4 vette front and rear sus. It has a full frame and a cromemoly roll cage. I feel lucky to be able to do my own work so i have nobody to blame but myself for problems or delays. I own my own body shop and have my own play shop at home. as soon as i can i will post some pictures. P.S. the other Bob Johnson-2 is an imposter want-a-bee

This is the real deal Bob Johnson...impersonator Bob and I are good friends..he calls me da da..I call him my illigimate bast**d son.I was young and stupid and got too friendly with a farm animal ..comprende? Really he's a talented guy, and held records in the NMCA before the big bucks ran him out. Now if he can just learn to drive a straight shift..He lives about 20 miles West of Atlanta..wrong side of the tracks.. his shop primarily does collision work.. but also does supernice restoration work as well as fast race cars and street machines...knows his stuff..

Welcome to the board. This could get funny with a Bob Johnson vs. Bob Johnson showdown. And your project sounds awsome, post pictures soon.

well, sounds like to me you're not coping..you're copying...forgot about your Camaro so I can't be accused of copying..(get that grammar right) especially some pro street looking drag car with a red neck stance like they were back then,,I think I'm going to change your handle to The Surreal Bob Johnson..The real Bob Johnson..often imitated but never duplicated..but why would anyone want to? Damn sure ain't gonna get you laid.

That is wicked. Have you had it running with the current setup?

What are you looking at for HP?

I see nelson racing engines has a similar setup they they claim 2000hp on race gas and 1200hp on pump gas.

Forget about twin turbo small blocks, You have the real deal.

I hope your rear independant supension can handle it.
