      Big Block in Falcon

      Hey guys,

Can not find any treads about a big block fitting in a 1960 Falcon while still keeping the stock flat hood.

I believe, mistakenly, that a dry sump can lower the engine. That is apparently not the case after some reading.

      Leaning toward a BBC..

      Any suggestions?

      thanks

Not trying to be a smart @$$, but why not get something like this and swap components? Or are you building a full frame conversion where the only internal limitations are the outer sheet metal?

If it breaks I didn't want it in the first place.

If I remember correctly they had a 427 Medium Riser in them with a "Bubble "hood.
