10 bolt to 12 bolt rear swap a body

Hope this is the right section as it encompasses a few areas of the car and was unsure where to put it

I am wanting to put a Chevelle 12 bolt rear in my 71 GTO, it currently has a 68 GTO Posi rear in it with the hotchkis tvs suspension. The car is running a tr6060 6 speed with a custom driveshaft . The 12 bolt is set up for wilwood brakes but they are not included, however the brakets are. My current 10 bolt bop rear has wilwood disc.Before I make the switch in rears curious if my current components will my current suspension , driveshaft and brakes work or will I have to switch those over as well. Sorry if it is a stupid question but I have zero experience with this. TIA
