Help finding clip that will hold two fuel lines

I am looking for any sort of clip, clamp holder, or spacer that will hold two tubes. 3/8" and 1/2". I've attached a picture of something similar but does not need to be exact. I would like to hold the two lines parallel to each other. Thanks in advance!

That particular clip was/is used by GM on their trucks. I believe they were used on the fuel system during the '90s and early 2000s and perhaps to this day. I've been retired since '08 so can't say for sure about the newer trucks.
I am using a pile of them on my 3/8 inch fuel supply and return lines but I doubt they would fit a 1/2 inch line. Easy to install but they can be a bugger to get off. They have done an excellent job of holding the lines together. To mount to the chassis I just wrapped an Adel clamp around the clip.

If there is a hard way to do something, I'll find it!

Mc Master-Carr has these. Get the 1/2" and wrap the your 3/8th's line with black duct tape to make it fit...?

P.S. Orrrr, get the 3/8th's block and drill out one of the openings to fit the 1/2" line...(better solution)

      3D print some!

Print cost would probably be about $1 each in Nylon on a HP Jet Fusion.

If you don't have access to a 3D printer there are tons of "print houses" out there that could do it, all you have to do is send them a model file.

If you don't have access to CAD I can model one for you and send it to a print house I like to use.

You could also use Adel clamps as well from a variety of sources
