We are not 100% sure yet. I actually went out driving last night for about an hour doing some testing. I believe it was the plug wires where they connect to the coil packs. We are running the MSD 8.5mm Super Conductors and they are very very tight where the connection goes into the coil pack. If you do not have them crimped perfect they are impossible to connect. I "believe" we had some that were not fully clicked into the coil, they worked fine most of the time and then randomly we would loose fire on #2 and #6. It was so intermittent that is was hard to diagnose. We replaced the coil harness, the coils, and plug wires. Last night it was fine but I will be holding my breath then next few times we take it out.

I posted a video about it the issues and our trip. We were driving and then the car would go lean. I will post another video soon showing the final recap and exactly what we discovered.

This is why I always recommend to my customers to run stock coil wires with the coils in the stock location.

I will have to agree with you. I was going for the clean look but you have to weigh the pro/cons of form over function or function over form. I can say I am now much more of the Function over Form mindset. but hey it is how we learn right?
