Hammer price was $80K and the reserve came off at $70K.

IMO, no way worth that after buyer fees. The builder made a good profit on that one even after their seller fee.

Must have been the right car at the right price for the new owner tho.

Approx what would it cost me to put A/C in a 67 that has none? I'm looking at a car now that has no power steering (but does have rack and pinion)
and no air. I need a little better creature comforts but love this car, if I can get the guy down just a little, in order for me to make some changes.

      Thanks, Brian

Most rack and pinion conversions on a stock subframe are less than optimum and really don’t belong on a high dollar pro-touring car imho.

Vintage Air is around $1500 plus installation. Installation costs are all over the map, around $1000 or more.
