I don't get your humor. That’s what I have to spend but I’m not going to insult the seller with a low ball offer. That car is amazing and I hope the seller gets what he wants for it.

1961 Impala Bubbletop frame off LS pro touring build

      Thank you.

      Happy Saturday.
I added a couple more thing last week. Radiator close out panel painted body color, painted hood latch body color and added billet striker. Billet door latch assemblies.
Also current pictures of the underside with the E-stop and trans pan installed. I drove to work yesterday and have about 400 miles on her now.

Yes I have the other side of the close out panel painted body color upside-down, right side up as well, I was just adding a bigger power steering resevoir.

Looks like the wheels already have a very low back space how much more did you narrow it? Might hit that arm close to the rear brakes

That was my stock rear end and I did narrow it 2", but with the Baer 6 piston in the rear I had to run 1" spacers to get the wheels away from calipers.
The rear end was the only thing I left somewhat stock, so I decided to order Currie 9" Posi and same width as my narrowed stock one.
Ordered new wheels that clear my brakes with no spacers.

      Today was another dilemma:
I am going to add a super charger now, do I go Edelbrock, Whipple, Magnuson ? When I rebuilt the LS I built it to handle 15 lbs boost. I have 400 miles on the car, its time to Boost it.

Anyone need a Stock rear end, narrowed? Cheap, like $200?

Beautifil car!! Im building a 61 very similar. I have a narrowed 9 inch in it now and im trying to decide on wheels. By any chance are yours for sale now that your changing the rear? My car is a bubbletop just like yours but I have installed a Tremec tr6060 and im finishing up a LSX stroker for it.
