Do they make single DIN that are compact?

Odd question.. but my problem is behind my single din mount their is limited depth. DO any decent companies produces a singe din that in 1/2 the depth of a standard singe DIN?
A standard singe din fits but is super tight with the gauges and the wiring. SO Since I don't need a CD player and don't have an antenna I figure is going to be 99% bluetooth via phone.. to radio.. i was wondering if their are singe DIN compact models..

From a place you will not see comes a sound you will not hear....

Kenwood and JVC (same company) offer digital media receivers. Single DIN chassis, about 4"deep minus wiring.

Skip the radio entirely and go to a bluetooth amplifier.

This is a video I made of the Kenwood amp that I use in the Cougar. Works awesome.
