1967-69 Camaro DSE HD leaf spring pocket floor kit. Has anyone used them?

My 68 and 69 Camaro have every option DSE makes so far, I see they now have Part # 040110 HD leaf spring pocket floor kit.
So I had to buy it and see what its all about. Looks very impressive. If you look at the factory hardware of the spring/lower 4 link pocket, it has 3 bolts held in by 3 speed clips. Could be a weak link.
I got the kit installed this week, but car won't be on the road for a little bit, I just ordered another kit for my 68. I am just asking if anyone has installed these and driven their car and seen an improvement?

I've not used one, but for sure like the looks of it.

Are any modifications needed under the floor?

      No modifications.
I installed them in my 69, went good.
I am installing them in my 68 now.
I did heat them up and bend the angle of the ear on the inside floor plate so that both ends sat flush to floor. You might have been able to suck it up with hardware, I wanted them to lay in there and touch floor all the way around with no pressure.
DSE instructions area little confusing. They have 4 pictures of the under side pockets installed, each one in a slightly different location. I called them and they looked at instructions and agreed.
On the first Gens there is a little wiggle room on the factory pocket to floor for centering leaf springs. I am running DSE quadra link in both cars. So my main focus was getting the pockets parallel in the car.
I can take a bunch more detailed pictures if you would like.

It looks like after these are installed it would be a good place to tie in a cage as well.

      Welcome.
Very nice kit. Installation wasn't to bad.
Just bought the DSE fuel door for both 68 and 69 as well.
