Can anyone help identify this bottle assembly
A friend found this buried in her yard, it looks like it is an old windshield washer fluid bottle assembly. I was hoping that maybe someone out there can ID the make/model/year. I am thinking that this may be one of those rare hard to find pieces that someone needs for a restoration, and she has no use for it. Just looking to help out.

On that round black cap on top, says Trico, and looks like it might be a part number under it. Have you tried looking that up?
