Admin, Why is forum not allowing me to log in?

When I tried to log in this morning, got the "you must register to log in" screen. Went through the process to change my password. Site logs me in after that. But upon leaving the site, I came back later, tried to log in, and checked the "remember me" box, wouldn't log me in. Again, the registration page came up. I have reset my password 4 times today, each time resulting in the "thank you for updating your profile" response, and logging me in, only to have to do it again when I leave the site. Why is this happening?

      That's odd.

I have never seen this. I will go look at your account now.

Noting is jumping out at me.

Can you try a different browser for a different device to see if the same thing happens?

I had tried it on my android phone and through google chrome on my laptop. This morning, first login attempt sent me to the registration notification, but allowed me to log in there, similar to what I read in another post that someone else is experiencing.

Ughh... Sorry everyone. I will see if we can figure it out.

Can everyone let us know what operating system and browser you are using?

      Thank you!

This has happened to me many times, and I almost exclusively use Safari on a iMac running Mojave, but I have an older MacBook I keep in the garage and I had to switch to Chrome to login. Whats up with that???

I'm having this same issue as well, I can't check my private messages, it keeps redirecting me to the page that keeps asking me to put in my username and password

Tried this on firefox, chrome, iMac and a windows PC...same issue

EDIT: I was able to backdoor to my PM's by clicking private messages in my profile in this post. The link at the top right corner of the poage is the one giving me issues

      Sounds similar to my situation.

I found that if I log in and check the "keep me logged in" box; even though it looks like I was unsuccessful (returns to blank form and says I need to log in), if I click on the forum tab anyway it works as if I am logged in. Very perplexing. Been that way for several weeks.

When you do it, do you get a quick pop-up of a "thank you for logging in.." with your username, before it refreshes? Could be the same as what is happening to me. In which case, make sure you check the "keep me logged in" box when you do it, and then click on the forum tab and you should see your user name in the upper corner.
