      Need some help selecting headers

I am swapping in a LS motor into my 1970 Camaro (408ci LQ4).

I need some advise on headers.

I have read a lot of threads but I am still a bit confused.

I think I need to go with 1-3/4" primarys.

My big concern is ground clearance. Some seem to hang really low.

So I guess my question is what headers are you using and how is the fit?

      Thanks
      Craig

Stock sub-frame or aftermarket? A lot of people that run the Detroit Speed sub frame use their headers, which are super expensive but, from pictures i've seen they fit very tight to the body. I believe hooker makes a set too and they're a little cheaper.

Stock sub frame. I have heard that you must use the Holley motor mounts to use their headers.

Ultimate Headers will fit. 1 7/8 would be better for a stroker which is that they’re sized at.
