modern classic interiors Never do business

So I placed a order for door panels and a console on 2/12/2019. Spoke with him on the phone about the order. Paid about $1500 through PayPal. Well it 2/21/20 and I have not received anything. I emailed him a few times and he stated they were bring shipping. Still nothing. Now he’s not answering my calls or emails. I will be opening a process with PayPal and BBB. And luckily I work in the law enforcement field so I will be contact them in his area to see about filing fraud charges. Can anyone else give me any ideas. Now after reading reviews it seems he’s done this with multiple people.

thanx for posting this. I'm on Lat-g quite a bit and One of the owners of Speedtech got screwed by him too, as of 2/2019, I came over to look for any feed back as I really like the design of their parts. Too bad for them....

I took my chances and ordered a c3 corvette center console from Modern Classics. While his communication sucks and he didn't reply to any emails or calls. I did get my console within about 2 weeks after ordering. I would still proceed with caution, but just wanted to share.

I see he is taking PayPal so I’m guessing if you use PayPal you will get your stuff because he doesn’t want to lose his PayPal privileges.

Yes I used Paypal to protect myself. If you don't get it, you can just file a claim with Paypal and get your money back.

Got a console from him back in the fall. Took around 5 weeks but the quality was very nice.

He is selling on eBay, and his feedback has been good.

I was debating getting one, all the feedback in forums seems bad but ebay seems good. Making my own would take as long as ordering from him, so might give it a shot. Worst-case scenario I get my money back and go from there.

I just put one in my car. It saved me the time of building one. I just had it wrapped with leather. I'm happy with the finished product.
