      Heater Hoses

I was going to use O ring EZ Clip fittings for my heater hoses to the VA evaporator through an inline bulkhead fitting but soon realized that the 5/8'' hose ID was too large for the -10 EZ Clip fitting. Should I use refrigerant hose for this purpose? Any suggestions?

I have read that post like 9 times and I think I know what you have.

You have a bulkhead plate on the firewall that is threaded on both sides to take an O ring fitting.

If you want to use an EZ clip fitting, you have to use EZ clip hose, #10 size. You would need to convert your engine side to the O ring by pipe thread adapters from Vintage Air.

Or you can buy O ring fittings that fit your bulkhead and use standard heater hose.

Thank you for your responses. I have it figured out. Going with beadlock fittings and standard heater hoses.
