      Move master cylinder inside fender?

Has anyone ever seen a master cylinder that was shifted more towards the drivers side inside a fender?

I have turbo exhaust space issues on my ’55 Bel Air and this solution looks interesting.

It’s a ’57 that someone did years ago for looks but I need to move it for space.

I think if done right with the right parts and bearings that it could work well.

Has anyone seen it done? Below are some pictures of the ’57 that I found on TriFive.com

IF properly built and supported I see no issues with the transfer of motion. If the brake pedal had limited travel one could change the ratio of the rocker arm at the MC to increase travel there.

The only thing I do notice is where the MC ends up over that wheel is will it have issues with wheel travel on some vehicles?

That being said, don't do wiring like that guy though.
